Low pay, high work load Documentation Demoralizing Very little diversity in staff (age, race, etc.)- all white women. the only time aboriginal staff are hired is if being aboriginal is a requirement of the job Pretend to be 'anti-oppressive' and talk the talk, but do not walk the walk- promote very Western white values and respectability politics Not enough self-critique and reflection Do not address toxic and abusive management behaviour
