Huge focus on AWS, so if you're not comfortable with AWS tech, this probably isn't the place for you.

- Supportive staff, everyone in the department cares about the success of one another. Nobody pretends to know everything, and it is a very collaborative environment. - Working with the latest technology, the cutting edge of Amazon Web Services - Plenty of time to get acquainted with existing systems and lots of breathing room to test and play around with sandbox environments - Great benefits and compensation, without the catch of working late nights or weekends (no pressure to do so) - As long as you bring the right attitude, the sky is the limit. That means being open to learning, taking advice, receiving help and constructive criticism, and to never stop improving.

- If a Jelecos office is not nearby for you then being remote, depending on your situation, may or may not be your cup of tea. For me, it works out great, although I do often miss the personal & social interaction between staff and local events.
