      Pros

      Great team of people to work with. Extremely flexible with time off. Management genuinely cares about you. Pays for AWS certifications. Quarterly bonuses. Lots of little perks that make you happy.

      Cons

      Huge focus on AWS, so if you're not comfortable with AWS tech, this probably isn't the place for you.

      Hard work! Jelecos works well and is very skilled at what they do but it takes hard work as an employee.
