There are such smart people at this company that it is a great place to learn new skills. They definitely provide you with the resources to learn.

There is a lot of overtime.

Fantastic people, extremely nice and friendly. Great work and life balance. Great combination of expats and local hires. Local hires are generally very experienced. Full medical cost coverage.

Low salary and bonus structure. Work is driven top down and from HQ in Tokyo leading often to very superfluous and unnecessary work. Can often lack professional environment as employees are not properly managed. Japanese culture can often be too polite leading to not much done in meetings.
