Everyone at the company is very welcoming and friendly. It's a great place to start your career.
Cons
The salary for UX designers is not as competitive as other companies in the market. As a designer, the project timelines were too short, causing many outcomes to be rushed and not as polished as the team would have liked.

Cons
Too much wasted motion to appease HQ often leading to wasted motion on silly analyses. Typical top-down Japanese structure.
