      Pros

      Jet is the best. There's a focus on the employee experience here like I've never seen before and people literally hang out in the office after work. Couple this with the ridiculous (in a good way) challenges you face professionally given the quick scale of eCommerce and the lead role Jet seems to be taking post Walmart acquisition, and you have a place where your career can be elevated quickly with all of the fun rewards that go with that.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy creep post acquisition is happening in pockets.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
