      Pros

      The colleagues you work with. The snacks provided and the proximity to home. I can't come up with anything else.

      Cons

      Leadership is going and very very inexperienced. They complain and throw tantrums more than children, but because they leaders they are never reprimanded.

      I honestly can say that without direct examples or feedback we can't make real changes to Jet. It sounds like you've been here for some time and have some great ideas that we could implement. We do believe in being transparent and hope to see that from you too, let's chat and get to the bottom of this.       Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
