      Pros

      The culture is truly unique. Jet allows its employees to work independently and as an owner. This empowers its employees to make decisions on their own. If you are invested in Jet and if you work hard, you'll get far.

      Cons

      Jet could do a bit of a better job implementing leadership training programs. Many managers are first-time people managers so they need guidance to grow and develop others.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
