It's awesome hearing from out Category Specialists in Hoboken, thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I must agree we have some awesome talent all around at Jet and it's great having them here in Hoboken with us. Companywide we're working on creating structure for career pathing, goals etc. going into 2018. These are conversations that should be had quarterly, let me know if that isn't the case.
