      Pros

      Cool office, relatively cool coworkers

      Cons

      HR is incompetent (your benefits, taxes, everything) will constantly be messed up. No career trajectory or growth opportunities. Everyone around is either complacent or sick and tired and looking for a way out (bad work culture).

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
