      Will hire anybody with a pulse

      Week management, friends promoted over more qualified people. people in management constantly stating I'm new I don't know. Look down on employees when they ask questions. Place more value on the Temp employees than those who work for Jet

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
