      Pros

      This work was fun, and also a fulfilling challenge. Being able to work flexible hours from home were beyond great! The excitement in the company as a startup was evident and created an overall positive and forward looking atmosphere.

      Cons

      Clarity and straightforward communication at time of project ending would have been preferable to leaving us (or just me?) hanging on wondering when a new project would begin.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
