growing pains from growing so quickly, need to move fast and be a self starter, no one will tell you what to do you kind of just have to be ok figuring it out yourself, part start-up-part bigger company

The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.
Cons
the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
