Pros
Good opportunity for freshers and entry-level employees to learn and build foundational skills.
Cons
Senior leadership and management could improve in terms of transparency and overall employee engagement. The HR team is not very responsive—queries and tickets are often delayed, and communication is unclear at times. There have been instances of poor communication regarding employee benefits. For example, a tax benefit option was introduced, but employees were informed only after the reimbursement submission deadline, leading to a loss of potential tax savings (around ₹5,000–₹6,000 per employee). Salary-related processes need improvement. During the appraisal cycle, revised salary figures were updated, but total compensation details still reflected the old salary, causing confusion. Handling of payroll and financial matters is not always smooth or reliable. IT support can be slow, with even basic issues sometimes taking a couple of days to resolve. Promotion opportunities are limited and may not align with performance. Annual hikes are generally around 6–7%, which may feel low, even for strong performers.
