      1)Very bad management culture Despite having WFH manager imposing their personal will and not letting anyone wfh. 2) they will force you to work according to their project not according to your skills and strength. 3)Big gap between offsite team and onshore team 4)Leads are playing Politics only here In my Team 3 employee they Fired with No reason & Humilated all of Them

      - They need strong basic python coding and good sql knowledge. - need to code in front of interviewer. Both SQL and Python. - Rest interview is good enough. - WFH.

      Good policies for employees. Permanent remote setting. Quarterly office visits where accomodation, food and other expenditures are reimbursed by the organisation (for non Pune folks only)
