Family owned business. They don’t work weekends except during holiday’s. They care about their employees. Career Advancement is promoted from within their company.

It can become chaotic during holiday season.

Seated, cheap concessions, nice co-workers

Tripled work with no increase to pay, forced overtime, uses working Saturday in order to try and make us work later during the week, lack of true conversation between management and employees. Told multiple times to look for another job if we don’t like working the way they want.
