      Pros

      Great technology, does more with less than most other solutions. Very affordable and company provides flexible pricing to meet clients needs.

      Cons

      Sr. Management, over baring, micro-management, not willing to accept responsibility, puts blame on all others, and will not listen or be open to ideas that will help grow the business. There is a reason growth is stagnate.

      Pros

      The partners are strong leaders and industry veterans who are mentors to their staff. They genuinely care about all employees and are vested in their professional development and success. We do great work together as a result.

      Cons

      We suffer from som growing pains here and there, but solutions are welcome from every employee and good ideas are always implemented.
