      Pros

      Great technology, does more with less than most other solutions. Very affordable and company provides flexible pricing to meet clients needs.

      Cons

      Sr. Management, over baring, micro-management, not willing to accept responsibility, puts blame on all others, and will not listen or be open to ideas that will help grow the business. There is a reason growth is stagnate.
