Pros
There genuinely are none. Awful.
Cons
-appalling pay -literally no benefits whatsoever bar 50% staff discount which you can’t use because you are so severely underpaid you struggle to live let alone buy half price Jil Sander. - Rudest HR known to man. Grossly unprofessional and incredibly rude to absolutely everyone. HR once even stated that sales staff shouldn’t be paid more because it’s “not an intelligent job” - HR is all the way in Italy which is as useful as it sounds lol. - no retail manager for the uk (insane) so all managers are just left alone and then penalised heavily if things go wrong despite having no support at all. - your bosses will consist of a clique of Italians with limited English who rarely visit the uk which is a huge barrier. - everyone expects you to literally change your plans and life to accommodate Jil sander for minimum wage. - grossly mismanaged. Totally incompetent retail manager for all of Europe. I could write paragraphs about this inept man. - one / 2 uniform outfit for 6 months depending how many days you do and you have to pay for it. (Insane) -transphobic. a manager literally openly told me they didn’t want to hire someone because they were trans. Just genuinely a horrible disgusting company. - the creative directors insist nobody look or speak to them ever which is horrendous/ does not promote good team culture.
