11$ an hour no matter what, people in the back end don’t get any types of pay incentives, they don’t allow you to move up to make more money. Some of the machines produce particles in the air, that cause people to be sick or have sinus infections, some of the management shoot you down when trying to suggest improving the work enviroment. Air is sometimes off to “save money” various blades with no handles laying around. They want to run the factory like in China, but that doesn’t work here in the us, cut a lot of corners. Treats employees like garbage.
