Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner here because everyone is used to playing the blame game on someone else and refuses to take responsibility. No matter what department. Most of management have absolutely no idea what they are doing, and the majority of the time operators and supervisor have more sense than middle and upper management Also there is an extreme amount of bias against Americans at the company from the expats and harassment is rampant.
