Jitasa Response
10yThis is a very troubling post, but from an internal review I'm satisfied that it is largely inaccurate - starting with the "former employee" tag. This appears to be from a temp staff worker who walked out of the job after only a handful of days. Clearly frustrating days for this worker, but was not a Jitasa employee.
As a person of faith myself, the idea of intolerance was especially concerning and something I personally investigated. We have offices in 3 countries and across a variety of religious and ethnic groups. We want everyone to feel included and our core values of conscientiousness and grace speak to these very core values. If an employee said something to make another feel uncomfortable, that is regretful but certainly not part of our ethos.
Lastly, I had to smile at the comment that this temp staff worker never saw the CEO. This temporary worker was only present in our Boise office for a handful of days.
We do and did take your concern seriously and we have investigated it thoroughly from my perspective, from our HR team, and from the direct managers involved during your brief time at Jitasa. We wish you all the best at your next work location.
