Pros

My paycheck cleared and the individuals whom I had the misfortune to work with literally worked 4 hour days (even though they were paid for for 8 - salary).

Cons

I don't know where to begin but let's keep it simple. This is an office full of people who are extremely intolerant of Christians and conservatives. During my time with this employer, co-workers constantly vetted me on where I stand politically and spiritually. This quickly became an extremely uncomfortable place to work. Aside from that, there is no training and you are expected to jump in an know exactly what to do from the start. Employees were rude, unprofessional, lazy, inappropriate and condescending to those they clearly didn't like. This is a workplace full of bullies who are young, arrogant, and ignorant of how to work in a professional environment. My advice would be...RUN!

This is a very troubling post, but from an internal review I'm satisfied that it is largely inaccurate - starting with the "former employee" tag. This appears to be from a temp staff worker who walked out of the job after only a handful of days. Clearly frustrating days for this worker, but was not a Jitasa employee. As a person of faith myself, the idea of intolerance was especially concerning and something I personally investigated. We have offices in 3 countries and across a variety of religious and ethnic groups. We want everyone to feel included and our core values of conscientiousness and grace speak to these very core values. If an employee said something to make another feel uncomfortable, that is regretful but certainly not part of our ethos. Lastly, I had to smile at the comment that this temp staff worker never saw the CEO. This temporary worker was only present in our Boise office for a handful of days. We do and did take your concern seriously and we have investigated it thoroughly from my perspective, from our HR team, and from the direct managers involved during your brief time at Jitasa. We wish you all the best at your next work location.

Pros

Jeff, the CEO and founder of Jitasa is the best CEO I have ever worked for. He is there for all employees. He has founded this business on an "employee first" basis where he says, If you reward your employees, then the business will run great. I am retiring and must say that this is the best company i have ever worked for. Jeff really cares for all of us. The lunch room has a big screen tv, ping pong table, and foosball. The vacation benefit are excellent. The pay is very good. I would highly suggest this company for your career.

Cons

Very busy. Sometimes it is hard to get help from a manager.
