Pros

Good salary and good commission (if you reach the impossible targets they set for you).

Cons

- Unreachable targets which are set so high to give them the opportunity to fire you whenever they want - Constant micromanagement - KPI's that make no sense and are actually working against you - people have been denied vacation days for not achieving their target or their KPI's (vacation days are a legal right I will remind you!) - no training whatsoever, they just throw you in blind and they put you on a PiP if you haven't closed a deal 3 months in - no team culture: they actually pin you against each other because they think competition will improve performance and insecure people fall for it and act terribly with colleagues - some people are promoted to managers just based on personal connections, not on managing abilities or performance - They will expect you to attend internal meetings at any hour of the day, well beyond your working hours. This is not a place to learn or grow. They just want you to make the most amount of money possible to grow the company and their pockets. They do not care about their people. At any level.

Pros

Every minute spent here felt like a harsh lesson. One of the clearest lessons was realizing how much work life balance had been taken for granted.

Cons

. The workloads are brutally excessive and completely draining. . Employees are constantly expected to complete far too much work in far too little time. . Work life balance is treated like a joke and is not respected at any level. . Personal boundaries are routinely ignored with constant pressure to take on more and more work. . The demands feel never ending with no real relief or pause.
