Pros
Ability to work with innovative start ups as well as top fortune 500 companies. Being able to grow into owning entire recruiting process at startups. This has given multiple former employees job opportunities that had complete ownership of recruiting at start ups and mid size companies. Ability to take on additional responsibilities if you take the initiative and ask for it. Being able to talk directly to any leader at the company when needed.
Cons
Growing pains after the company acquired other staffing firms. We did inherit amazing people but sadly had to let go individuals from different organizations that were failing or failed. Some folks feel siloed and out of the loop. Maybe create a monthly news letter since we are not a small company anymore.
