Pros

Few people make the tensed day delightful, but one or two.

Cons

Some people shout at you whenever they want, how they want. They don't need a reason to bully a person. They just want to keep everything to themselves. Management holds the employees salary for months. Management has appointed people to torture and bully people who they don't want. Employees are not your "Das/Slave". Infrastructure of the office is as horrible as the people work there. The office is in the basement of their house. The washroom can fell anytime on the person inside.

Pros

Not much to share as pros. There's no advantage/benefit Jobline except to learn how to use naukri as a recruiter.

Cons

1) The worst thing in Jobline is the attitude of the managers. They don't know how to treat their employee well. If you work there, you'll start questioning your skills. 2) You have to literally beg for the leaves here. They don't approve sick leaves too. They are so selfish that they don't think about the employee well being but just their own business. There's no full leaves for the general festivities like Rakhi. 3) Incentives are not paid timely. I got my incentives whole 18 months later. 4) They hire freshers and fire them within 2-3 days if s/he is not able to perform in couple of days. As a fresher, atleast 15-20 days should be given to let them adapt the work environment, otherwise why you didn't judge the person during the interview rounds, whether s/he would be able to work properly or not.
