Few people make the tensed day delightful, but one or two.

Cons

Some people shout at you whenever they want, how they want. They don't need a reason to bully a person. They just want to keep everything to themselves. Management holds the employees salary for months. Management has appointed people to torture and bully people who they don't want. Employees are not your "Das/Slave". Infrastructure of the office is as horrible as the people work there. The office is in the basement of their house. The washroom can fell anytime on the person inside.

for freshers its not a good consultancy, they dont treat freshers nicely

Initially they treat freshers nicely. But in case if you don't perform well they will irritate you n torture u

You will be treated nicely if u give them accounts of clients from your last consultancy. They don't treat freshers nicely, don't provide good training to freshers.
