Leader’s mentality is that of a cult leader. Interference with, and attacks on, a personal level. Discrimination against countless strong females in senior positions who weren’t allowed to have an opinion. Company values drilled down on people and are only there to enforce on anyone that just dares to challenge the status quo. Very political agency. Long hours. Lack of innovation. Abusive and toxic.
