      Avoid! This is a cult

      Working on clients with big budgets.

      Cons

      Leader’s mentality is that of a cult leader. Interference with, and attacks on, a personal level. Discrimination against countless strong females in senior positions who weren’t allowed to have an opinion. Company values drilled down on people and are only there to enforce on anyone that just dares to challenge the status quo. Very political agency. Long hours. Lack of innovation. Abusive and toxic. Escape while you can!

      I have never received a bonus during my time there and some have reportedly received, and the raises are really bad
