      Pros

      No training structure for external staff Long standing staff in certain stores not open to change Lack of support from management and if one of them has a personal problem with you they will make your life hell. If under 2 years dont expect any reasonable adjustments as they will only do what they have to legally!

      Flexible work which can for around other things plus lots of opportunities to progress should you want to. All in all it’s ok.
