Decent but not friendly - Sales Assistant John Lewis & Partners Employee Review

-Management are unfair and unfriendly -Hypocritical management- if you are two mins late its a big deal but on the other hand they keep you for 20 mins without pay and its no problem -Snobby individuals who demand everything to be done for them and expect you to do things beyond your pay -Promotions are rare and 'Pay reviews' are conducted unfairly and on the basis of the store budget instead of performance. So yes it may be a 'Partnership',in which you work hard in all year to get credited for it but you receive no reward for it on the basis of what management have said to their underdogs.
