Pros
Decent salary. Great training. Bonus incentive. (Not anymore) When I joined the business had inspiring leaders who believed in the true ethos and values of a family business. We were Partners and felt valued, respected and trusted to do a great job.
Cons
The business has now sadly lost its way. Partners are no longer valued. Length of service is perceived as a negative. People made redundant at the drop of a hat, process is a done deal. Experienced Partners now a thing of the past.
