Pros
The people and managers are great, they are very considerate, well I was told I was very fortunate. The teams are very well balanced and everyone helps each other out. The discount is very good, and so are the leisure and entertainment benefits. Also if your lucky you get samples from suppliers.
Cons
Pay is not good, a lot is required to do in time contract, therefore everyone works through their breaks or has short lunches. It is impossible to get the work done - overtime is needed, but you will not get paid for it or rarely get time back in lieu.
