Great company to work for in terms of benefits, big investment in online and a realisation that online plays a massive part in any major retail strategy. Everything is subsidised
Cons
Baffling decision to use flymsy tool like Gmail which must cost the company countless millions in lost productivity. Moving from Lotus notes to Gmail must be a slap in the face for employees in the digital/IT part of the business.
