      Pros

      I've only been here several months and some of the pros is having in-house promotion, the ability to make more money when selling memberships. Management is not too shabby. First job where I actually like the management over the normal staff! If you are a mature and serious individual with humor bone, know what you want, no matter how long you plan on being here you can learn and you can earn a lot! And have fun!

      Cons

      there really is only a few cons I can think of is that some of the shifts is only 4.5 hours with 30 minute breaks. The the last con is the tattoo policy.

      It’s not for coasters—if you’re not ready to grow, be challenged, and level up, you might fall behind. But if you lean in, the sky's the limit.
