Working with this group of people has been a blast so far. They have fueled me with the confidence, and provided me the tools to be successful. Really looking forward to being a part of this new location!

Cons

If there was a "con" it would be that this group has high expectations and wants to see you rise to the challenge. Their motto is "kind with people, tough on results", and it shows in their past businesses!

The job is tough. Just like any job they don't treat employees too well. It's hard work for the pay. They will take advantage of you if they can.

Pros

I've only been here several months and some of the pros is having in-house promotion, the ability to make more money when selling memberships. Management is not too shabby. First job where I actually like the management over the normal staff! If you are a mature and serious individual with humor bone, know what you want, no matter how long you plan on being here you can learn and you can earn a lot! And have fun!

Cons

there really is only a few cons I can think of is that some of the shifts is only 4.5 hours with 30 minute breaks. The the last con is the tattoo policy.
