      - Some good people, mostly old timers riding out their careers

      Cons

      - Not an exciting place to work. Low morale and engagement - Company pretends to be a technology company, but is led by operations people. Subject to regular reductions and restrictions to appeal to shareholders

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
