      Destructive Feedback. Regimental approach. Worst HR I've ever met. All the good ones left. New ones are the worst. "She brings work back and work on weekends often" No interest in grooming.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
