Pros

For people who are yes man to their boss this is very good company. In the above case there is no need to work also

Cons

Service based people have become managers and screwed the company's product culture. There is huge attrition in higher level because of incompetent and service based thinking managers. These people doesn't understand market salaries (one manager was saying years of exp * 1.5 Lakhs is great salary These people have become a group and send all other talented people out of the company They do not understand technology. Compare everything with saving costs. No innovation at all. They are surviving only because of patents they have. (which would expire in couple of years and these guys will be jobless)
