Pros
Excellent, dedicated people working at the customer accounts. Decent pay and benefits for the industry. Front line people care.
Cons
GWS is a service business being run like a manufacturing business. The latest reorganization shows the arrogance of this company. The philosophy seems to be the customer is only right if they agree with what Johnson Controls wants to do. The only good thing is, if history is a guide, they will reorganize again in a year or two. The HR people have become so disconnected that most don't even know the correct answers to basic benefits questions.
