      Top Management has great vision and clear direction of where they want to take the business to and make money. Very ethical and train employees annualy to remain ethical in their daily practices

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
