Pros
JCI is a very large organization and industry leader in building technology. They have been around for decades and will ensure job security into the future assuming you provide value to the organization enough to justify your employment.
Cons
Consistently changing directives on a quarterly/annual basis. This makes it very challenging to provide excellence in customer service as well as negatively affecting the morale of internal employees. Often times we move to implement products and procedures that are not fully developed leading to a poor experience for the customer and/or employee.
