Pros

Job security within the company

Cons

Low pay, management like their *ss kissed before you will be seen or like. Lots of power hungry people. the operation team is a complete joke, favoritism environment. In as much as they talk about safety, your mental wellbeing is not that important to them. It all about dumping more work on you and guess what. you will resign or quit. I would suggest you stay clear away from the Lithincum office and lastly ask for more money before you are hired if you decide to go with the company. Because you will not get any raise, bonus and managers wont fight for you. They only look out for themselves and then later on when you leave, they want you back because you are the only one that will suck up to them and do the st*pid job they want you to do. The operation team and the project coordinator role is one of the worse roles within that office and in that company. Save your self and move on.
