Easy benefits paid time off healthcare

Cons

24/7 operations so no time off for the holidays unless pre scheduled and approved and since it’s based on seniority if your new you probably won’t get them off, extremely strict attendance policy so if you have kids it might be tough

Pros

The benefits are good for the most part.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
