      Many personal development opportunities, great benefits, pension, flexible hours, great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Hard to move to different areas of the company unless you know someone. You have to have networking skills, which is difficult for some introverts. Management is not transparent with business strategy. Frequent layoffs.
