*Lots of pressure to achieve monthly sales, *I was assigned different hospitals so many times that I barely had an opportunity to adjust when I was moved again *Sales requires lots of time working. in and out the office, sometimes you're working all day *Not many options to switch career paths at least for many sales reps *J&J iss not the cheapest option so we were struggling with many cheap competitors
