      - Free food per shift - Discounts on Jollibee and its affiliates - Flexible working hours & schedules - Great team especially with the solidarity of the “kabayan” (Filipino brothers)

      Cons

      - Sent to washer station without asking first - Sometimes working with pushy and micromanaging supervisor - Cultural barrier especially if you are non-Filipino - Limited room for advancement - No openness for any changes

      typical fast food job, great coworkers, able to pick weekly schedule

      not flexible (needed to request time off several weeks in advance), very fast paced (only location in the state)
