Pros
The most amazing National Sales Meeting every year. The company wants you to know where they are going, whats new and what they are doing to get to the next level. Everyone is supportive and willing to learn from each other and some of the most knowledgeable people in the game. Its hard work but well worth the investment.

If you have concerns with people wanting you to be successful... this probably isn't the place for you!
