Pros

The most amazing National Sales Meeting every year. The company wants you to know where they are going, whats new and what they are doing to get to the next level. Everyone is supportive and willing to learn from each other and some of the most knowledgeable people in the game. Its hard work but well worth the investment.

Cons

If you have concerns with people wanting you to be successful... this probably isn't the place for you!

Management is inexperienced and most of them this is there first job. Not very educated and very little experience in dealing with people. Not sure what direction to go and are unable to change to the markets they serve.

(8) Just the tip of the iceberg, great time to be in, growth and success inevitable.

I would say if you're feeling something negative, you should first look inside yourself and evaluate why you feel that way. Make sure you have compartmentalized things property, and then give your feedback.
