One of the things I appreciate most about Jonathan Wesley Inc. is their emphasis on employee growth and development. Pros

The capacity to grow is based on individual efforts to advance in this career. With a great team to help mentor and accelerate your position (should you want to). Communication skills, business sales, and management-level training.

Cons

Volatile market. Volatile clientele. Non-competitive rates. Compensation, given the number of applicants registered and variables working against you ( PIP, HEAP, Spousal disapproval, Terrible reviews, No SS, Customer complaints (falsely made). I found my ethics come into question when it meant the need to make a sale whilst understanding the service may 1) hurt the consumer, 2) be non-consequential to their financial situation. The 3-month advertised rate is followed by the outstanding upcharge to their rate (should they not renew... "they rarely do"). Ultimately, I found the business model that this company follows, while promising the service itself that the consultants provide, is sorely lacking.
